Insert the CD-ROM or DVD into the drive. A Welcome box appears.

Click Install to begin.
- Note: If the Welcome step does not appear, you can run the install program manually. From the Windows Start menu, select Run. When the Run dialog box appears, type d:\setup.exe (where D is the drive letter for the CD-ROM drive).

Enter your Principia Access Code, then click Next.

The Welcome to the Install Shield Wizard dialog appears. Click Next. |

The License Agreement step appears. Read the agreement, and click Yes if you accept the terms. |

To begin, select Single-user installation, then click Next. |

The Choose Destination Location step appears. Principia will be installed to the default location of d:\Program Files\Morningstar\Principia, unless you specify otherwise. Click Next. |

When all files have been successfully installed, the Installation Complete dialog box appears. Click Finish and read the Release Notes, which contain useful information about changes to the software. |
